Alan Routhier

Alan Routhier has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources, starting in 2004. Alan began their career as an HR Manager at GE Healthcare, where they gained expertise in customer support, coaching, problem-solving, and negotiation. In 2011, they joined Dealer.com as an HR Business Partner and continued to excel in this role until 2014.

Following that, Alan progressed their career at Dealertrack as a Senior HR Business Partner from 2014 to 2016. Alan then joined Cox Automotive Inc. as a Director of HR Business Partners from 2016 to 2017, where they further developed their skills. In 2017, they briefly worked at BLA Partners as a VP of Colleague Strategies before returning to Cox Automotive Inc. as a Senior Director of HR Business Partners, a position they held until 2022.

Alan's most recent role is Senior Director of People Business Partner at Polly, formerly DealerPolicy, which they started in February 2022. Throughout their career, they have consistently demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to support and partner with colleagues in building successful businesses.

Alan Routhier attended North Country High School from 1988 to 1992, where they earned their High School diploma. Afterwards, they enrolled at the University of Maryland University College from 1993 to 1996 to pursue a degree in Business.
