Nikoleta Sachini is a Cancer Biologist at ADC Therapeutics since September 2019, with prior experience as a PhD Candidate at the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology from September 2013 to April 2019. Nikoleta's research focuses on chromatin, gene expression, PML protein, breast cancer, and Cancer Stem Cells, utilizing a range of techniques including cell culture, genetic manipulation, and various assays. Nikoleta also has experience conducting research at Imperial College London and internships at UMC Utrecht, Universiteit Utrecht, the University of Thessaly, and Biomed Diagnostic Center, where skills in molecular biology, protein analysis, and microscopy were developed. Nikoleta holds a PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of Crete and has a Master's degree in Drug Innovation from Utrecht University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Biotechnology from the University of Thessaly.
