Payam Farahani

Payam Farahani is an experienced professional in biologics development and manufacturing, currently serving as the Head of Biologics Development and Manufacturing at ADC Therapeutics since June 2018. In this role, Payam leads the global manufacturing strategy for antibody production, bioconjugation, and drug product supply, collaborating with internal teams, CDMOs, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliant and scalable operations. Prior to this, Payam held various positions at NantKwest, Avid Bioservices, and Peregrine Pharmaceuticals, focusing on manufacturing sciences and process development. Payam holds a Master's degree in Biochemistry and a Bachelor of Applied Science, both from California State University, Fullerton.
