Shaun Stairs

Shaun Stairs has extensive work experience in the field of chemistry. Shaun is currently the Director of Process Chemistry at ADC Therapeutics, starting in January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Pharmaron as an Associate Principal Scientist II from January 2022 to January 2023, and as an Associate Principal Scientist from January 2019 to December 2021. Before joining Pharmaron, they worked at Domainex as a Scientist from March 2018 to December 2018, and as an Associate Medicinal Chemist from June 2017 to December 2018. Shaun Stairs began their professional career as a Postdoctoral Research Assistant at University College London from April 2013 to June 2017. Shaun holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Cambridge, which they completed from October 2009 to April 2013.

From 2005 to 2009, Shaun Stairs pursued a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) and Master of Science degree in Natural Sciences at the University of Cambridge. Shaun then continued their education at the same institution, earning a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Chemistry from 2009 to 2013.
