Aleksandra Kalodoukas

Aleksandra Kalodoukas is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Head of IT at Adcash since April 2014, where responsibilities include promoting agile practices and mentoring teams to enhance their agile capabilities. Previous roles at Adcash include Agile Coach, focusing on SAFe implementation and continuous improvement, and IT Project Manager, where tasks involved team coordination and cross-department communication. Prior to Adcash, Aleksandra worked at MYJAR as a Scrum Master, developing agile processes and facilitating communication within development teams. Beginning education at Tallinn High School of Humanities, Aleksandra is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in French Language and Culture from Tallinn University.
