Imane Zahoui

Imane Zahoui is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer experience, sales, and event management. Currently serving as the Branch Innovation Manager at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank since October 2013, Imane focuses on enhancing people engagement. Previous roles include Customer Experience Specialist at the same institution, delivering high customer satisfaction metrics. Imane also holds a certification as a life coach from Knowtheyself and has worked in various capacities within the hospitality industry, such as Area Sales Manager at Rotana Hotel Management Corporation and Corporate Project Manager at Kempinski. Imane holds an MBA from EIC and a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Administration from the High International Institute of Tourism.
