Samra Haboosh has extensive work experience in the banking sector. Samra started their career in 2000 as a Research & Development Manager at Union National Bank, where they worked until 2004. In 2004, they joined Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank and held various roles including Vice President - Head of Service Quality & Service Delivery in the Business Banking Group. Currently, they serve as the Head of Client Experience & Corporate Support at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank.
Samra Haboosh has a diverse and extensive education history. Samra completed their Master of Science (MSc) in Management from Hult Ashridge from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Masters in MA Marketing Communications from the University of Westminster from 1998 to 1999. Samra also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Richmond, The American International University in London, which they earned from 1995 to 1998. Additionally, they obtained a BA in Business Administration from the Business School Lausanne (BSL) in 1994. Before their formal education, they attended Rolling Hills Prep in an unspecified year and Al Nahda National School, where they completed IGCSE studies. Samra has also obtained additional certifications such as EFQM Assessor from Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award in 2009 and Lead Auditor - ISO 9001:2008 from Lloyds in 2001.
