Carlos Gonzalez

Carlos has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years, and is a key member of senior leadership team in NSW. During his career, Carlos has worked successfully across many industry sectors, building strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, clients and consultants – and driving superior project outcomes as a direct result. A natural communicator, Carlos brings strength in contract negotiation, as well as possessing excellent financial acumen and problem-solving skills. A big believer in collaboration, he brings a hands-on approach to everything he does and works hard to ensure the ADCO team consistently delivers for clients in NSW.
