Bojan Poljičak

Bojan Poljičak is an experienced Country Manager, currently leading the scale-up and development of the Adcubum software development center in Zagreb since June 2018, specializing in enterprise software solutions for the Swiss insurance industry. In addition to this role, Bojan serves as President of the Swiss Croatian Business Association since June 2021 and is a member of the Board of Governors for the American Chamber of Commerce in Croatia. Previously, Bojan managed the turnaround and growth of Adecco Group's operations in Croatia from May 2010 to April 2018, and held the position of General Manager at Xerox from January 1997 to December 2006, overseeing business development in the Central and Eastern Europe region. Bojan's educational background includes leadership and executive programs from IMD and INSEAD, along with a degree from the University of Zagreb.
