Damjan Praznik

Damjan Praznik is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology and operations leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at ADD d.o.o. since August 2023, Damjan focuses on optimizing operational processes and empowering teams to drive growth. Previously, as the Chief Information Officer and Operations Leader, strategic technology direction and operational excellence were prioritized. Damjan led a team of 35 IT professionals at Studio Moderna, ensuring the delivery of infrastructure services across multiple countries. Experience as Director of Information Technology at Kovinoplastika Loz & Iskra ISD involved setting IT strategy and overseeing technological advancements. Earlier roles at CABLEX Group included managing IT departments and enhancing operational efficiency. Damjan holds a Master’s degree in Business Informatics and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, with studies also ongoing in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
