Claudia Piescik

Claudia Piescik has a strong background in human resources and has held various roles in this field throughout their career. Claudia started their career as an HR Administrative Assistant at Rasant Personal-Leasing GmbH in 2005. Claudia then worked as a Payroll & Accounting Manager at First Cloud Business Software GmbH from 2006 to 2009.

In 2010, Claudia joined Smaato Inc. where they held multiple roles, including HR Manager, Head of HR, and Human Resources Director, from 2011 to 2021. In these roles, they were responsible for various HR functions and management.

In 2021, Claudia joined Raisin as the Head of HR. Here, they led and developed a wide range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, organizational design and effectiveness, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, succession management, and employee learning and development. Claudia also played a key role in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the company.

Claudia's most recent role was at claimsforce, where they served as the Vice President People from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are the Head of HR at AddApptr GmbH, starting in 2022.

Claudia Piescik earned a Master's Degree in HR Management from the University of Hamburg between 2011 and 2015. Prior to that, they obtained an Economics Degree in Bookkeeping and Informatics from George Bacovia University from 1999 to 2003. In 2020, Claudia also completed Trainer/in, Coach und Consultant – New Work program at MESH® INSTITUTE for Advanced Competence GmbH. Additionally, they have certifications in Company Safety Officer Training from Verwaltungs-Berufsgenossenschaft (VBG) gesetzliche Unfallversicherung Kdör, obtained in August 2015, and SAP HR from SAP, obtained in May 2010.
