Melody Cao

Melody Cao is currently serving as HR Director at 蚂蚁集团 since September 2018, overseeing human resources for the Finance Group, Security and Risk Management Group, and the Fintech Franchise under the CTO Line. Prior to this role, Melody was the CEO of 万合互娱, a subsidiary of 万合天宜, from February 2015 to September 2018, focusing on content-related businesses such as short videos and live streaming. Experience before joining 万合天宜 includes positions at Standard Chartered Bank as Head of Talent for China, Citi as Senior Manager of Talent Management & Development, and various roles at IBM, starting as Marketing Communication Manager and progressing to Talent Manager. Melody holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Fudan University, earned between 1993 and 2000.
