Paul Guest

Paul Guest serves as the Operations Director at Added Value Enterprises since May 2025 and holds a position on the Board of Trustees for the Herefordshire Veterans Support Centre, contributing to the wellbeing and reintegration of veterans. Prior to these roles, Paul was the Group Operations Director at Orbital10 Ltd, overseeing IT Managed Services, and Director of IT at NMITE, where leadership focused on building a new IT department for a higher education institution. With extensive experience in project management, Paul established a PMO at the University of Worcester and delivered significant IT projects at Worcestershire County Council. Paul’s career spans various IT support and management roles, beginning with an IT Support Technician, demonstrating a consistent trajectory of leadership and strategic direction in the IT sector.
