Derek Vinke

Derek Vinke is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment management and quantitative analysis. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Core Fixed Income at Addenda Capital since November 2023, Derek previously held several leadership roles at Equitable Life of Canada from February 2010 to November 2023, including Vice President of Strategic Asset Allocation and Assistant Vice President of Quantitative Investment & Portfolio Risk. Additionally, Derek worked at Legg Mason Canada from May 2001 to May 2009 as a Quantitative Analyst, focusing on portfolio management and the development of quantitative tools. Derek holds a degree from the University of Waterloo, earned between 1998 and 2003.
