Edvardas Jatautas

Edvardas Jatautas is the Founder and President of Addendum Group Inc. since April 2013. Edvardas is also the Member of the Supervisory Board at Ignitis gamyba since July 2019. Prior to that, they were the CEO and Member of the Board at Addendum Solutions, UAB since January 2009. Edvardas also served as a Member of the Board at Lietuvos energijos tiekimas from February 2016 to May 2019.

Edvardas Jatautas has a diverse education history. Edvardas pursued a Master of Management Programme at ISM University of Management and Economics. Edvardas also studied Information Technologies at Leipzig University. Additionally, they obtained a Master's degree in Engineering Informatics from VILNIUS TECH - Vilnius Gediminas Technical University.

In terms of additional certifications, Edvardas Jatautas is a Certified Chairman of the Board in Corporate Governance and a Certified Professional Board Member in Corporate Governance, both from the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance.
