Arleth Cespedes

Arleth Cespedes is a University Recruiting Specialist at Addepar since August 2021. Arleth has managed the summer internship program, sourced candidates, coordinated interviews, and led successful campus recruitment events. Prior to Addepar, Arleth worked at the University of Southern California as a Resident Assistant, New Student Consultant, and Orientation Advisor. Arleth also has experience as an SEO Edge Fellow at SEO and as a Human Resources and Management Intern at Bloomberg Philanthropies. Arleth holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Public Policy Analysis from the University of Southern California.
