Heather Swingle

Heather Swingle is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in release management and DevOps. Currently serving as a Senior Release Manager at Addepar since June 2021, Heather previously worked at Progrexion in various roles, including DevOps Engineer II and Junior DevOps Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed troubleshooting software and hardware issues as well as desktop administration. Heather also held positions at a la mode, inc. as Help Desk Administrator and Customer Support Representative, providing support for multiple operating systems and enhancing customer service. Earlier experience includes working as a Computer Technician at Jack Onofrio Dog Shows, where responsibilities involved maintaining and supporting computers. Heather holds an Associate's degree in Diversified Studies from Oklahoma City Community College and an A+ Certification from ITEC.
