Previous roles include serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Kraken Digital Asset Exchange, focusing on real-time crypto market notifications, and working as an Algorithm Development Engineer at WORKOFO, where Kasparas optimized employee shift scheduling through efficient algorithms. As a Founding Software Engineer at Clouder, Kasparas designed and launched a comprehensive e-commerce platform specializing in vaping products, overseeing back-end development and managing an outsourced front-end team. Kasparas holds a Master of Informatics with First Class honors from The University of Edinburgh and a High School Diploma from Kaunas University of Technology Gymnasium.
