Jaime Flautero

Jaime Flautero is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in software development and product management. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Addi since August 2021, Jaime leads the engineering organization by mentoring teams and collaborating with cross-functional groups to deliver exceptional products. Previously, at Scotiabank Colpatria, Jaime oversaw digital engineering teams and projects while also taking on roles such as Android Tech Lead and Full-Stack Developer. With earlier positions encompassing product development, pre-sales engineering, and senior development roles across various companies, Jaime has honed expertise in SaaS product development, mobile applications, and backend technologies. Jaime holds a degree in Computer Science from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, an MBA in Marketing from the University of Gloucestershire, and a specialization in Software Construction from Universidad de Los Andes.
