Michael Møller Jensen

Michael Mahrous has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Rogers Communications. In 2013, they became a Samsung Sales Representative at Mosaic Sales Solutions.

In 2014, Michael took on the role of Business Systems Analyst at Blossom Teas, where they implemented a new inventory management system and utilized data organization techniques to create diagrams for system solutions. Michael also worked as a Web Designer at Multiservices Vancouver, updating and redesigning the company website and implementing a content management system to improve publication time and increase website traffic.

From 2017 to 2018, Michael worked at RBC Capital Markets as a Risk Operations Analyst, contributing to the development of risk management frameworks and administering the risk database. Michael also worked as an IT Consultant at FDM Group during this time.

From 2018 to 2021, Michael worked at Just Energy as a Senior Business Analyst & RPA Developer, generating sales commission and credit risk reports using APIs, Power Automate, Python, RPA, and .NET VB.

In 2021, they worked as a Power Platform Developer at Hitachi Solutions America, attending meetings for process understanding and requirements gathering, as well as creating Specification Requirement Documents and interacting with various IT teams.

Currently, Michael is an Assistant Manager, Analytics & RPA at Samsung Electronics, where they have successfully automated data pulls, managed server bots, and deployed a business intelligence reporting center.

Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated strong analytical and automation skills, leveraging various tools and technologies to optimize processes and achieve digital transformation in a security constrained environment.

Michael Mahrous pursued a Certificate in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Toronto from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems and a Certificate in Business Technology Management from Simon Fraser University. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Microsoft PowerPlatform Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in March 2021. Michael also holds certifications in Power Automate RPA from Microsoft (January 2019), Blue Prism Certified Developer from Blue Prism (June 2018), ITIL certificate in IT Service Management from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT (June 2017), Project Management/Application Support from FDM Group (June 2017), Business Analysis from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT (May 2017), and Business Technology Management from the Canadian Coalition for Tomorrow's ICT Skills (December 2016). Additionally, they have certifications in UiPath RPA and UiPath RPA Certification, although the exact timeline for obtaining those certifications is unavailable.
