Timothy Cruz has a wealth of work experience in the IT industry. Timothy began their career in 2010 as an IT Research Assistant and Developer at Florida International University, where they developed hands-on interactive training materials regarding Kaseya's IT automation solution, co-authored a technical book and related IT certification exam, and served as a Teacher Assistant for IT Automation classes. In 2011, they joined Kaseya as a Technical Support Specialist, where they diagnosed and spearheaded the troubleshooting of errors related to IIS, SQL, Message Queue, ASP. NET, and Windows Server platforms. Timothy was later promoted to Senior Technical Support Specialist, Curriculum Manager, and Interim Project Manager. In 2016, they moved to Global Educational and Training Services, LLC as a Technical Solutions Consultant, where they developed cutting-edge solutions for a network of 12 global non-profit & humanitarian companies, consulted with a network of 9 internal investors, and project managed the design and build of websites, mobile applications, and web applications. Currently, Timothy Cruz is the VP of Customer Success and Director of Customer Success at Addigy.
Timothy Cruz attended Florida International University from 2006 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Information Technology, with a Minor in Business Administration. In April 2011, they obtained a VSA Administrator Certification from Kaseya.
