Maida Karalic

Maida Karalic is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations, project management, and organizational development, currently serving as the Managing Director of Group Operations at Addiko Bank AG since November 2015. In this role, Maida has co-led significant transformations, including a group-wide back-office optimization program and the implementation of an innovative Target Operating Model, while overseeing major projects that enhance performance and operational continuity. In addition to participating as Deputy Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board at Addiko Bank Sarajevo, Maida has held a senior project management position at HETA ASSET RESOLUTION AG and advised the management board at Hypo Alpe-Adria-Leasing BiH. With a strong academic background, including a Master's degree in Corporate Governance, Maida is currently a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Economics Sarajevo & Zagreb.
