Sabina Dulic

Sabina Dulic, MBA has a diverse work experience starting as a Lecturer at First Bosniak Highschool in 2004. Sabina then moved on to roles at BamCard dd, where they worked as a Processing Switching Clearing and Settlement Officer before becoming an Operations Manager. In 2010, they transitioned to Raiffeisen Bank dd BIH as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst. Subsequently, they joined Raiffeisen Bank International AG, where they served as Deputy Head of EDWH Business Analysis Team and later as a Product Owner for Process Efficiency and Data Lineage. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Group Data Management at Addiko Bank AG, starting in December 2020.

Sabina Dulic holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from UIA, KL, Malaysia, obtained from 2000 to 2004. Sabina later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the International University of Sarajevo's Faculty of Economics, completed from 2007 to 2009. More recently, they have engaged in a professional development program in Effective Leadership Through Emotional Intelligence at the University of Oxford's Department for Continuing Education in 2021. Additionally, Sabina has obtained various certifications in project management, business analysis, agile methodologies, and cloud infrastructure from reputable institutions.
