Željko Mažić

Željko Mažić has had a diverse range of roles within the field of information technology. Željko started their career as an IT Helpdesk Administrator at Addiko Bank Hrvatska in September 2004. After three years, they transitioned to the position of Network Administrator in March 2007 and continued in this role for four years until February 2011. From there, they were promoted to the position of Senior Network Administrator, where they served from February 2011 to May 2017. In June 2017, they took on the role of Senior Information Security and Business Continuity Specialist at Addiko Bank Hrvatska and worked in this capacity until January 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Information Security Officer at the same company, starting in February 2021. Additionally, in March 2004, Željko Mažić briefly worked as an Associate at CARNet - CERT.

Željko Mažić has a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Zagreb/Sveučilište u Zagrebu, which they obtained in the years 1996 to 2002. Before that, they completed their high school education at COUO "Ruđer Bošković" in Zagreb, specializing in Electronics from 1992 to 1996.

In addition to their formal education, Željko Mažić has obtained several certifications. These include the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice, which they obtained in November 2015. Željko also holds certifications from Cisco, namely CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) and CCNA Security. Furthermore, they have an MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) certification from Microsoft. The exact dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
