Ahmed El Herazy

Ahmed El Herazy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Ahmed currently works as a Lead Developer at AddIn365 since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Software Developer at AddIn365 from August 2021 to October 2022.

Ahmed also has experience working at UCL, where they contributed to a group research project focused on forecasting influenza-like illness rates using online search data. This position lasted from October 2019 to April 2020.

At AddIn365, Ahmed held two roles. Ahmed started as a Product Developer in October 2019 and transitioned to an Intern position in September 2019. As a Product Developer, they contributed to the development of AddIn365's products and on-boarding methodology for effective use of Office 365 tools. During their internship, Ahmed built a demo SharePoint site and gained knowledge in SharePoint webparts and their functionalities.

In 2018, Ahmed worked as a Team Leader for a Software Engineering Industry Project at AddIn365. In this role, they led a project that automated the on-boarding process for transitioning working habits to Microsoft Office 365 services. Ahmed developed a bot using Microsoft bot builder SDK in C# and created an architecture and reporting system using Power BI.

Before their time at AddIn365, Ahmed had an internship at EJADA where they gained knowledge in data, relational database design, modeling techniques, and SQL. Ahmed also developed an object-oriented domain model using Java and Hibernate ORM.

Additionally, Ahmed worked as a Game Developer at Microsoft, where they developed a game aimed at aiding with Airway Clearance Cystic Fibrosis physiotherapy. Ahmed utilized Unity game development framework and C# for this project.

Ahmed El Herazy's education history began in 2005 at EFIR - Ecole Française Internationale de Riyad, where they pursued their Brevet degree. Ahmed completed their studies in 2014. From 2014 to 2017, they attended Lycée Français du Caire (LFC), where they achieved their Baccalauréat. Later, from 2017 to 2021, Ahmed pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Computer Science at UCL.
