Before their time at AddIn365, Ahmed had an internship at EJADA where they gained knowledge in data, relational database design, modeling techniques, and SQL. Ahmed also developed an object-oriented domain model using Java and Hibernate ORM.

Additionally, Ahmed worked as a Game Developer at Microsoft, where they developed a game aimed at aiding with Airway Clearance Cystic Fibrosis physiotherapy. Ahmed utilized Unity game development framework and C# for this project.

Ahmed El Herazy's education history began in 2005 at EFIR - Ecole Française Internationale de Riyad, where they pursued their Brevet degree. Ahmed completed their studies in 2014. From 2014 to 2017, they attended Lycée Français du Caire (LFC), where they achieved their Baccalauréat. Later, from 2017 to 2021, Ahmed pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Computer Science at UCL.
