Peg Buchenroth

As Executive Vice President of Human Resources for Addison Group, Peg Buchenroth possesses over 20 years of specialized human resources experience within human capital professional services. She is a practiced senior executive who has led multi-faceted HR functions encompassing people strategy, organizational development, recruiting, learning and development, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, compensation, benefits, and compliance. Peg has developed a particular talent for managing human resources in a high-growth sales environment.

Before assuming her current role in 2018, Peg served as Chief People Officer for Hudson Global. There and in predecessor roles, her responsibilities included the analysis and creation of executive compensation plans, equity awards, and variable incentive programs. Peg is frequently called upon to share her expertise in presentations and published articles and has served as a company spokesperson for media interviews spanning various employee trends and topics.
