Jody Valdivia

Jody Valdivia has extensive experience in the field of human resources, with a focus on management and leadership roles. They began their career in 2011 as a Client Manager at Core Centrix, where they were responsible for recruiting and managing financial institutions, as well as serving as a key contact for disaster recovery services. In 2013, they transitioned to a role as a Human Resources Coordinator at American Career College and West Coast University. Since then, Jody has held various positions at First Foundation Inc., including Senior Human Resources Generalist, SR. Human Resources Team Lead, AVP, Human Resources Manager, VP, Human Resources Manager, and their current role as SVP, Director of Human Resources. Throughout their career, Jody has developed strong expertise in HR management and strategic planning.

Jody Valdivia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Notre Dame. Additionally, Jody also has a certification in Human Resources Management from the University of California, Irvine.
