Paul Rubio

Paul Rubio is an experienced library professional with a strong background in cataloging and technical services. Currently serving as a Cataloging Clerk at Addison Public Library, Paul manages bibliographic records for the library's collection. Previous roles include Technical Services Librarian at Concordia University Chicago, where Paul cataloged books and managed electronic resources, and Cataloger at Orland Park Public Library, where Paul processed various materials and created bibliographic records using the Polaris ILS. Additional experience includes working as a Knowledge Management Associate at LAC Group, Check-in Clerk and Shelving Aide at Oak Park Public Library, and a Research Library Practicum Student at Argonne National Laboratory. Paul holds a Master’s of Library and Information Science from Dominican University and a Bachelor's degree in Meteorology from Valparaiso University.
