Therese Roos

Therese Roos is an experienced business unit manager and talent acquisition specialist currently driving recruitment initiatives at Additude AB since February 2023, where efforts include enhancing the employer brand and engaging candidates through social media. Previously, Therese served as a senior recruiter at Ericsson, managing the end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and managerial roles, as well as a recruitment consultant at Randstad Sweden, leading recruitment efforts across various fields. Earlier experience includes coaching and career guidance roles at Antenn Consulting and Hässleholms kommun, focusing on career transitions and social inclusion. Therese holds a degree in Study and Career Counseling from Malmö University and completed the Social Sciences Programme at Polhemskolan.
