Anita Shanghavi

Anita Shanghavi is a Managing Associate at Addleshaw Goddard since March 2021, with prior experience as an Associate and Trainee Solicitor at Squire Patton Boggs from September 2012 to February 2021. Anita's expertise includes reviewing, negotiating, and drafting a wide range of contracts, such as commercial and consultancy agreements, while managing contract negotiation processes with minimal supervision. Prior to this, Anita served as a Senior Contracts Assistant at the University of Warwick, where responsibilities included the drafting and negotiation of various agreements. Anita holds a Legal Practice Course and a Graduate Diploma in Law from the College of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Manchester.
