Alyss Langello

Alyss Langello, NEMAA, is a seasoned emergency management professional with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently serving as a Senior Emergency Manager at Hagerty Consulting since April 2025 and as an Emergency Manager with the Connecticut-West Incident Management Team since September 2023, Langello has held multiple senior and managerial positions at Hagerty Consulting from February 2022 to October 2024. Previous experience includes a role as Metro Administrator at Team Rubicon from August 2020 to January 2023, where operational leadership and familiarity with Microsoft Suite applications were key responsibilities, as well as serving as a Logistics Coordinator. Alyss holds an Associate of Science degree in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management from Frederick Community College and completed Paramedic Studies at CT State Capital.
