Annie Bowden

Annie Bowden serves as Chief of Staff at Addleshaw Goddard since October 2023, bringing extensive legal and management experience from previous roles at INEOS, where positions included Legal Counsel for INEOS Nitriles & INEOS Phenol, Commercial Manager for INEOS Shale, and Group Legal Manager from May 2011 to September 2023. Prior experience includes working as an Associate/Trainee at Slaughter and May from September 2006 to April 2011, with a training contract that featured a secondment at Allens Arthur Robinson in Sydney, and a part-time consultancy role at Islington Council focused on community engagement. Earlier in the career, Bowden worked part-time at Westdeutsche Landesbank in the IT department. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Law and a Legal Practice Course from BPP Law School, alongside a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oxford.
