Ben Cocoracchio

Ben Cocoracchio is a legal professional with extensive experience in investment funds and private equity fund formation. Currently serving as an Investment Funds Partner at Addleshaw Goddard since September 2023, Ben previously held the position of Associate Director, Funds at Osborne Clarke from November 2021 to September 2023. Prior roles include Associate General Counsel for Europe and Asia Pacific at Nuveen Real Estate, as well as legal counsel in the Asia Pacific region. Ben's earlier experience includes senior associate roles at Clifford Chance and associate positions at Weil Gotshal & Manges and SJ Berwin, with a focus on private equity fund formation. Ben began legal training with multiple seats at a law firm, covering areas such as Islamic and structured finance. Ben's educational background includes an LPC from BPP Law School and an LLB in Law from the University of Reading.
