Jennie Chilton

Jennie Chilton is a partner at Addleshaw Goddard, leading the Social Sustainable and Green Finance property security team since January 2017. With over twenty years of experience as a real estate finance lawyer, Jennie specializes in advising lenders and Registered Providers on property aspects of large portfolio charges for bank lending, bond issues, private placements, and refinancing. Prior to this role, Jennie served as a legal director and managing associate at Trowers & Hamlins, focusing on asset-backed finance in the affordable housing sector. Jennie's legal career began as a solicitor at Bircham Dyson Bell and includes positions as a trainee solicitor at The Parry Sharratt Partnership and as a legal executive at Pilgrim Hales. Jennie also held the role of legal specialist at Milton Keynes Borough Council. Education includes a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Kent and further legal training at BPP Law School.
