Lydia Wan

Lydia Wan serves as a Senior Paralegal in the Transaction Service Team at Addleshaw Goddard, focusing on Finance and Project sub-divisions with Real Estate Finance alignment since April 2022. Additionally, Lydia is a member of The Honourable Society of the Middle Temple and previously worked as a Legal Secondee at Associated British Foods plc from September 2022 to March 2023. Lydia's legal experience includes a formative role as an Attachment Student at Chua & Partners (Advocates & Solicitors), where significant skills in negotiation, communication, and document analysis were developed. Lydia’s education includes ongoing Solicitor Qualifying Examination preparation at BPP University, an LLM in Legal Practice, and a Bachelor of Laws from both the University of Leeds and Taylor's University, alongside foundational qualifications from Foon Yew High School.
