Melissa Upfield

Melissa Upfield is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in managing both indirect and direct procurement across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Procurement Manager at Addleshaw Goddard since October 2025, Melissa previously held the position of Head of Procurement at the University of Hull from January 2021 to October 2025, and at KCOM Group from May 2008 to December 2020. At KCOM Group, responsibilities included optimizing supplier strategies and reducing supplier numbers to enhance value for money. Earlier in career, Melissa worked as a Senior Buyer at MKM Building Supplies, managing a diverse product portfolio worth up to 20 million.
