Nazneen Jafri

Nazneen Jafri is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in pensions and asset management. Currently, as an Associate at Addleshaw Goddard, Nazneen advises institutional investors on pension fund investments and corporate M&A transactions. Previously, Nazneen served as an Associate Secondee at Lloyds Banking Group, focusing on commercial advisory work and legal documentation for client participation in the Scottish Widows Master Trust. Nazneen also held the position of Legal Counsel at Local Pensions Partnership Investments, where responsibilities included advising on investment transactions and fund documentation. An educator as well, Nazneen has lectured in law at GSM London and has also worked as a teacher in law and politics. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws from De Montfort University, a Master of Laws from Birkbeck, and various certifications in law and finance.
