Rawad Doumit

Rawad Doumit is an experienced hospitality professional with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality Administration/Management from AUCE. Currently serving as General Manager at Addmind Hospitality since November 2021, Rawad previously held the position of Food and Beverage Manager at Nanaya Beach Resort for six months in 2021, overseeing operations within budget and leading a talented F&B team. Prior to that, Rawad was General Manager at Solitaire Club Dubai and People by Crystal, where responsibilities included budget management and achieving forecasted turnover. Earlier experience includes serving as Administrative Manager at The Crystal Group LLC, supervising administrative operations and managing staff development from March 2010 to January 2014.
