Marcelo A. Bozzo has extensive work experience in human resources management. Marcelo A. has served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Adea Administradora de Archivos S.A. since 2019, where they focus on change management, people analytics, and HR evaluations. Prior to this, they were the Corporate HR Manager at OCASA from 2017 to 2019, overseeing HR and labor relations for eight companies in different countries. The same year, they also acquired expertise in University Administration (Especialista en Administración Universitaria) from Universidad del Salvador.
