Lisa Christian

Lisa Christian, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Dragonfly Health, a leading care-at-home data, technology, and service platform with the largest network of durable medical equipment and pharmacy partners in the nation, a position held since October 2023. Previously, Lisa held multiple roles at StateServ Medical, including Vice President of Human Resources, Director of HR Operations, and HR Business Partner, since November 2016. Lisa's career began at Neutron Industries, where roles included HR Manager, Employee Development Manager, HR Generalist and Lead Sales Trainer, and HR Generalist, from May 2003 to November 2016. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Central Michigan University, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
