Patrik Lilja

Patrik Lilja is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering, consulting, and management. Currently serving as a Consultant at AddPro AB since March 2023, Patrik also holds the position of CEO at Pelam Engineering AB, a role maintained since May 2002. Previous leadership experience includes CEO of Pejel Solutions AB from October 2013 to March 2023. Patrik's technical expertise is complemented by roles as an Embedded Software Developer at Plejd and various engineering positions focused on piping at ÅF-PPA AB, SIGMA DESIGN AB, and Pelam Engineering AB. Additional experience includes IT support at Bengt Dahlgren AB and coordination at Ringhals AB. Patrik holds an Industrial IoT Software Developer degree from EC Utbildning as well as engineering education from Chalmers University of Technology and other technical training.
