Alen Volshaninov

Alen Volshaninov has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Alen started their career at Work Service in 2012 as a Client Manager, where they were responsible for corporate sales and business development in the personnel outsourcing sector. Alen then joined Kontur in 2015 as a Lead Manager for corporate clients, specializing in sales and negotiations. In 2018, they moved to Iron Mountain as a Senior Manager, focusing on corporate sales in archiving, document digitization, and electronic document management. Alen joined One Click Learning in 2020 as the Sales Department Manager, where they oversaw sales and development for top SMB and enterprise clients. Currently, they are working at Corpstories as a Key Account Manager, and they also held a brief position as the Director of Business Development. Throughout their career, Alen has demonstrated expertise in sales strategy development, client acquisition, contract negotiation, and team management.

Alen Volshaninov started their education in 2008 at Moscow Institute of Linguistics, where they studied without receiving a specific degree or field of study until 2013. In 2010, they also enrolled in Moscow Institute of Finance and Economics, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management, completing it in 2014.
