Heather Dixon

Heather Dixon is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in the healthcare and finance sectors. Currently serving as President and Chief Operating Officer at Addus HomeCare and Chief Financial Officer at Acadia Healthcare, Heather has previously held significant roles such as Chief Financial Officer at Everside Health, where Heather spearheaded financial operations and prepared the company for an IPO. Heather’s expertise also includes serving as Chief Operating Officer (Interim) overseeing operations for approximately 400 health centers nationwide and as an Independent Board Member for both Signify Health and Walgreens Boots Alliance, where contributions included guiding audit committees and managing global finance teams. Heather earned a degree from the SMU Cox School of Business.
