Nina Delgrande

Nina DelGrande is an experienced healthcare executive with a robust background in quality and community health services. Currently serving as the Director of Quality at Addus HomeCare since July 2020, Nina previously held prominent leadership positions, including Vice President of Community Health Services at SpiriTrust Lutheran® and several director roles at SpiriTrust Lutheran LIFE and Affilia Home Health. With experience as Branch Manager at HomeCall - LHC Group and Interim Director at Punxsutawney Home Health Care, Nina’s career began at PinnacleHealth Home Care, where multiple managerial roles were occupied over more than a decade. Nina holds a Master's degree in Health Care Administration from Penn State University and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Health Care Administration at Grand Canyon University, building on earlier nursing qualifications from Thomas Jefferson University and Harrisburg Area Community College.
