Zofia Novak

Zofia Novak is an experienced payroll professional with a strong background in the healthcare sector, currently serving as Payroll Manager at Addus HomeCare since July 2015, after progressing through roles as Payroll Supervisor and Payroll Specialist. Prior to Addus HomeCare, Zofia worked at Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare from December 2005 to December 2015 as an ROI Representative, where responsibilities included maintaining HIPAA compliance and understanding Federal and Illinois FMLA guidelines.
