Previously, Wanoj held the position of Project Manager at HCLTech, overseeing large IT infrastructure and security projects with significant budgets for a major multinational food and beverage organization. Wanoj has also managed the implementation of a PMO and Agile projects in banking at Sampath Information Technology Solutions, led software onboarding projects at myDigitalOffice, and contributed to quality assurance processes across various organizations. Wanoj holds a Master of Science in Enterprise Systems Management from Birmingham City University and an Executive Diploma in Project Management from the University of Colombo.
