Doug Anderson

Doug Anderson has extensive work experience in sales, business development, and finance roles. Doug is currently the Head of Sales & Development Workforce Solutions at ADEC Innovations. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Sales, Europe at Newage Software & Solutions from July 2021 to December 2022. From April 2018 to July 2021, they worked as Finance & Accounting Europe at Conduent. Doug also held positions such as Vice President Business Development at Datamatics Financial Services Limited from May 2016 to January 2018 and Director Business Development at Cognizant Technology Solutions from November 2014 to March 2016. Before that, they were a Business Development Director at Steria Group from September 2013 to August 2014. Doug's earlier experience includes serving as Practice Director BPO - Wipro Technologies at Wipro from November 2009 to July 2013, lead Solution Architect at Hewlett-Packard from 2008 to 2009, BPO Practice Director at Logica in 2006 and Large Account Manager at IBM from January 1999 to March 2005.

From 1994 to 1997, Doug Anderson studied Accounting and Finance at ACCA and achieved their FCCA degree.
