Kenneth Reeves

Kenneth Reeves has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Kenneth started their career in 1993 as a Director at ISP Gruppe GmbH and later joined Wickland Oil Company as the Director of Business Development in the Russian Far East. In 1998, they worked as a Consultant/Business Development professional at Moncrief Oil International Limited in Baku, Azerbaijan. In 1999, they became a Business Development Manager at Alliance International Management, focusing on the CIS region. Joining Weatherford International in 2002, they held various roles including Business Development Manager, Business Development Strategic Advisor, Director of Business Development for the Eastern Hemisphere, and finally as the Director of Emerging Markets. Kenneth then transitioned to EnergyTech Partners in 2017 as the Managing Director. Currently, since 2018, they are serving as the Managing Director of ADEC Innovations, an impact investing company specializing in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Solutions.

Kenneth Reeves has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University. Kenneth also studied Russian Language and Literature at the Centre International de l'Universite D'Etat de Moscou Lomonosov. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications including Advanced Open Water Diver from PADI and completed several programming courses on Coursera.
