Yiu Kam

Yiu Kam has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Yiu began their career in 2006 as an Assistant Planner I at the City of Berkeley. From 2008 to 2017, Yiu worked at PlaceWorks, where they held the position of Associate Urban Designer and Visualizations Manager. During this time, they managed urban design projects, graphic design, and visualizations, including web design and product graphic design. Yiu also gained experience in 3D modeling, renderings, and environmental visual simulations. In 2013, they worked as a Graphic Designer for Bay Area Lineup, focusing on designing and managing a t-shirt line. In 2015, Yiu joined Move Bay Area and worked in operations. In 2017, they became a Lead Creative at FirstCarbon Solutions and later joined ADEC Innovations in the same role. Throughout their career, Yiu has demonstrated their expertise in visual identity, marketing, and technical skills related to 3D modeling and renderings.

From 2002 to 2006, Yiu Kam attended the University of California, Berkeley. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Urban Studies/Affairs.
