Ahmad El-Zubi

Ahmad El-Zubi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and community engagement. As the Enrichment Program Manager and Team Leader at the Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK) since January 2024, Ahmad develops strategies aimed at improving student academic outcomes, promoting STEM/STEAM awareness, and enhancing cultural identity. Previously, as Chief Strategy Officer at KBW Smart Solutions, pivotal contributions included aligning operational strategies and driving organizational development. Ahmad also served as Director of Community Outreach at the Crown Prince Foundation, focusing on expanding community impact and youth engagement, and as Founding CEO of Naua, where over $7 million was raised for social initiatives. Early roles included Director of Investment Promotion and Director of Research and Policy at the Jordan Investment Commission, where Ahmad advanced investment strategies for the country. Educational qualifications include an MBA from DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University and a BSc in Mathematical Science from McMaster University.
